The Breakwater Roofing Replacement Process

Once the old materials are removed and the roof deck is cleaned. They new underlayments are installed. Ice and water shield is installed at least 6' up from the start of the roof line. With Synthetic felt paper being installed on the remainder of the roof deck.
And then... the final product!! Garden bed and lawn are raked and swept with large magnets for nails and small pieces of debris.
